RITZ CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 sticks Ritz crackers
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. oregano
grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter

Melt butter. Crush crackers and add seasonings. Dredge chicken in butter, then in cracker crumbs. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven until done.
