DOUBLE CORN BREAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg
1 can cream style corn
1/3 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together by hand until moistened. Bake in 8 x 8 inch pan 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve, cut in 1 to 2 inch squares.
