MARBLED FUDGE BARS 
1 c. butter
4 sqs. chocolate
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

In heavy 3-quart saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. In bowl, put 2 cups sugar and 3 eggs. Mix until blended. Add butter and chocolate. Stir in flour, nuts, salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Drop mixture on top of chocolate batter. Take a knife and swirl the two mixtures. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
