SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 boned and skinned chicken breasts

1 tbsp. warm water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix these two.

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 heaping tsp. garlic powder
1 heaping tsp. ginger
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. sugar

Grease 13x9 pan. To water/cornstarch mixture, add soy sauce, sugar, catsup and vinegar. Mix. Add the whole can of crushed pineapple, the garlic powder and ginger. Mix. Pour some sauce under the chicken breasts and the rest over. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees, turn pieces and baste; bake one more hour. Delicious!!
