RHUBARB DESSERT 
4-5 c. diced rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin OR cherry
1 c. sugar
1 yellow OR white dry cake mix
1/2 - 1 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. water

Put diced rhubarb in a 9x13 pan. Mix gelatin and sugar together. Sprinkle over rhubarb in pan. Sprinkle on dry cake mix over all. Sprinkle pecans on top of cake mix. Dot top with 1 stick of butter cut into slices. Pour water over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
