MANICOTTI 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef or sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 box manicotti shells
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion with salt. Drain; set aside. Cook shells until tender. Drain, rinse with warm water, lay out on board or they will stick together. Mix a little of sauce into the meat, also a little cheese. Grease bottom of 9"x13" pan. Stuff shells with meat mixture. Place shells into pan. Pour sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
