ANYTIME OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 3 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned) 1 pkg. Reese's Peanut Butter Chips Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients. Stir well. Add oats and fold in chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 9 minutes for chewy cookies. Bake 10 to 11 minutes for crisp cookies. |
