CAJUN CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow corn meal, plain
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
12 can Rotil tomatoes
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 c. onions
Cajun seasoning to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
