1/2 cup Concord grape or cranberry juice, frozen into ice cubes 2 cups frozen blueberries 1 1/2 cups Greek-style low-fat vanilla yogurt Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Serve in cold glasses. Makes 2 large or 4 small drinks. Note: To make blending easier, place frozen juice cubes and frozen berries in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes prior to making. Submitted by: Daniel Lee Mishkin |
