PORK & SAUERKRAUT 
Country style pork ribs, with or without bone
Sauerkraut
Canned peeled tomatoes

In the bottom of a baking dish or crock pot place one layer of sauerkraut. Add a layer of cut up tomatoes and then a layer of pork ribs. Repeat layers as needed for the quantity of ribs you are serving. On top of last layer of ribs place more sauerkraut and tomatoes. Cook until done. Conventional Oven: 350 degrees for about 2 to 3 hours, depending on amount of pork. Crock Pot: medium for as long as you like.
