CHOCOLATE MALT BARS 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. instant malted milk powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. malted milk balls, coarsely chopped
1 recipe Quick Fudge Frosting
1/3 c. malted milk balls, coarsely chopped

In large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, malted milk powder, milk and vanilla. Beat 2-3 minutes. In small bowl stir together flour and baking powder. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture, beating 2-3 minutes.

Fold in 1 cup milk balls. Spread mixture in greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost cooled bars with Quick Fudge Frosting.

QUICK FUDGE FROSTING:

2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa; add butter, boiling water and vanilla. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Cool 20-30 minutes or until spreadable.
