CHOCOLATE MALT CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. unsalted butter, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 c. chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly in bottom and 1/2 inch up the side of a 9 inch springform pan; chill. To make filling, beat cheese until fluffy; add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 300 degrees for about 65 minutes. Cool; chill thoroughly. Garnish with confectioners' sugar and chocolate curls, if desired.
