PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. beef round or sirloin steak
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped up fine or 1 tsp. of garlic salt
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. onion, cut in wedges
2 green peppers, cut long way
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chop suey or soy sauce
3 c. Minute Rice, cooked

Cut steak in 1/4 inch strips. Sprinkle with paprika over meat. Brown meat in butter, add garlic, bouillon cubes, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix together cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Add to meat until thickens. Add onion and cook 5 minutes - add green pepper and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over cooked Minute Rice.
