PEPPER STEAK DIANE 
1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4" strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. white cooking wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle steak strips with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and brown steak in hot butter. Stir in dry mustard. Add wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Simmer until tender 20-25 minutes. Blend flour and cold water for thickening; stir into meat mixture. Stir constantly until thick and bubbly. Serve alone with your favorite side dish or serve over rice.
