POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Stir in flour. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Surprise. They taste like sand tarts!
