POTATO CHIP COOKIE 
1 cup butter
1 cup margarine (if all butter they fall apart)
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup crushed potato chips (regular, no ridges)

Cream butter and margarine with sugar. Add vanilla, gradually add flour, Add potato chips and mix well. Place in refrigerator till dough hardens.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in an air-tight container.
