POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. potato chips, slightly crushed

Cream butter, margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and flour and beat until well blended. Add slightly crushed potato chips.

Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes about 10 dozen.
