POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Sift flour and soda together and add to cream mixture; add crushed potato chips and butterscotch morsels. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
