I have made this for years and we love them. I have found they are best when made with Pringles. I also cover with powdered sugar after they have cooled.

Fantastic! Takes shortbread to a whole new level! I used crushed up Ruffles and added an extra half cup. Dough not sweet enough, so roll cookies in powdered sugar when cooled. Note: I also made the dough a few hours ahead, rolled it in waxed paper, and sliced and baked.

These are SPECTACULAR!!! I love these cookies! My husband stole 6 cookies before they even cooled! He loved them so much! The powdered sugar was a great tip. I also used crushed up Ruffles.

O.M.G.! Can I just say, these were the most FANTASTIC cookies ever! I have been making these ever since the last generation passed down the recipe to me. My Mom used to cook these for me since I was a lad. :) Great Recipe! (P.S. The powdered sugar was a good addition!)
