POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. pecans
2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add potato chips and pecans. Stir in flour. Form into small balls, using about 1 teaspoon dough for each. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
