EGG CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. milk, warmed
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg

Beat eggs with sugar, a little at a time. Add warm milk, a little at a time. Stir in salt, nutmeg and vanilla.

Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake another 10 minutes.

Serves 8.
