POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns potatoes, crumbled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Buttered cornflakes or buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes. Turn into buttered casserole. Top with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. This can be prepared a day ahead or frozen before baking, leaving cornflakes off until baking.
