SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
3/4 lb. lean pork, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
3 inch tomatoes, cut into 8 to 10 wedges
3 inch onion, cut into wedges
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 can drained pineapple chunks, drained (save juice for sauce)

Fry pork until done, add other ingredients, saute.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

Cook 5 minutes:

1 c. apple vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice and 2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed together

Then cook all ingredients. Pour over pork mixture. Serve over white rice.
