TUNA PUFF 
1 sm. can tuna, drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion
1/4 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 lg. tomato

Cocktail rye

Blend tuna, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and onion. Spread on rye and top with a piece of tomato and cheese. Broil until cheese puffs up and browns.

(You may also use chicken, ham, shrimp, etc.)
