HAM LOAF 
1 lb. smoked ham, ground
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Combine ham and pork. Add bread crumbs, milk and egg. Mix and shape like meat loaf. Following mixture to be put on loaf every 10 minutes:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard OR 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
