LENTIL AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 2/3 c. broth
3/4 c. lentils (dry)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. rice (dry)
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
