CHICKEN ENCHILADA 
1 lg. pkg. Doritos or flour tortillas, cut in 1/4's
1 med. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 boiled chicken, diced
1 tbsp. salt
Black pepper to taste and dash cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. can green chilies - mild
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated

Combine soup, broth, salt, cayenne, chili powder, pepper and green chilies. Mix well. Grease casserole dish. Layer Doritos, chicken, cheese and soup mix. Repeat until dish is filled. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
