1 chicken, stewed and boned
1 sm. pkg. Doritos
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Enchilada sauce
3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Pour meat of Doritos in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix chicken, soup, broth, and sauce. Pour over Doritos. Top with remaining Doritos and cheese.
