BIG COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together and add:

4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. salt

Mix in:

2 c. oatmeal
2 c. crushed cereal flakes (wheaties, bran, cornflakes)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or butterscotch
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts

Add raisins, wheat germ or as desired. If you want cookies really large use ice cream scoop to drop onto greased cookie sheet (or refrigerate until firm and roll and slice as refrigerate cookies). Bake in 350 degrees oven 25 minutes or until edges brown. Center should be moist. May divide recipe.
