MEXICAN CONGEALED SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jell-O
3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash red pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pimiento

Mix all ingredients and chill until firm.
