SWEET POTATO DISH 
5 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients. Home or canned pumpkin may be substituted for the sweet potatoes, if desired.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix thoroughly and put on top of the sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown.
