SWEET POTATO SIDE DISH 
2 lb. sweet potatoes or yams (6)
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
Miniature marshmallows

Bake or boil potatoes and remove skins after cooking. Beat sweet potatoes, sour cream, egg yolks, and salt in bowl on medium speed until smooth. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 8 servings.
