SWEET POTATO SIDE DISH 
Sweet potatoes
Butter
Milk
Marshmallow balls

Cook sweet potatoes in skin, peel and mash. Add butter to taste and a little milk. Put in Pyrex dish, smooth down, add marshmallow balls on top and return to oven to heat sweet potatoes and slightly brown marshmallow. Serve as a side dish with roast, etc. A very pretty side dish and tasty.
