BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

In sauce pan mix the above ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. While still warm cover with topping; 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup powdered sugar and enough milk to mix.
