1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Melt butter over low heat, add sugar and egg and beat well. Sift dry ingredients, add vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into greased pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350 to 375 degree oven.
