BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIE PIE | |
4 egg whites 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. crushed graham crackers Beat stiff the egg whites, add and beat well the salt, sugar, vanilla. Fold in chopped pecans and graham crackers. Fill well greased 9 inch pie pan, bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. |
