10 lb. Boston butt 1 jar Maruice's Gourmet Barbeque Sauce (regular) 1 onion (optional) Put meat in crock pot, salt and pepper. Slice onion and place over meat. Add water almost covering meat. Cook on low for 10 hours. Remove from crock pot and remove onion. Debone and break into small pieces. Add barbeque sauce to taste. Mix well. This recipe can also be used with a smaller amount of meat; adjust barbecue sauce to taste. |
