TEX - MEX MINI MEAT LOAVES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. picante sauce
1/2 c. very finely crushed tortilla chips
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine meat, 3/4 cup of the picante sauce, chips, onion, egg, cumin and salt; mix well. Shape to form 6 oval meat loaves. Place on rack of broiler pan or on rack in large shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Spoon remaining picante sauce over the loaves and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with additional picante sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
