FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail including juice

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and mix with dry ingredients. Fold in fruit cocktail. Put in greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.

ICING:

Mix:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1 stick butter

Let come to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Ice cake while warm.
