BANANA CRISP 
4 c. bananas
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. bananas, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped

Place in greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Combine 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs with 1/4 cup butter. Blend in 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans. Sprinkle over bananas. Broil 4 inches from flame for 7 minutes. Serve with cream.
