BANANA SWIRL BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
Additional flour (no more than 2 c.)

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add mashed bananas, sugar, egg, butter and 1 3/4 cup flour. Beat until smooth and add remaining flour. Knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until double. Punch down and roll out to 16"x8". 2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over dough. Roll up like jelly roll. Seal length side. Put in greased loaf pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown. Ice with glaze. Recipe below.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until smooth.
