BANANA BREAD (DIET) 
4 slices bread, crumbled or 20 Wheatsworth crackers, crushed
1 1/3 c. dry milk (nonfat)
1 tbsp. brown Sugar Twin
2 tbsp. + 2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. white Sugar Twin
1 tsp. each baking powder & soda
2 med. bananas
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

In a mixer bowl, combine crumbs, dry milk, Sugar Twin (both), baking powder, soda, and flour. Mash bananas with a fork. Beat eggs, vanilla and water in mixing bowl with mixer for 10 minutes. Blend dry mixture at low speed. Add bananas and mix well. Pour into 4 small pans which have been sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
