BANANA CRUNCH CAKE 
5 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix (dry)
1 c. quick oats
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 lg. bananas, mashed
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Melt butter, add dry frosting mix and oats. Combine above ingredients together. Mix sour cream, eggs, and bananas. Add cake mix. Pour into greased bundt pan alternating batter and frosting mixture. End with frosting mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes.
