CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can corned beef
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ripe olives
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until almost set. Beat until foamy. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
