POTATO SALAD WITH DILL AND
CHIVES
 
4 med. potatoes
1 chopped scallion
1 sprig parsley
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. dill leaves
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cream or yogurt
Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes. Cool, peel and dice or slice. Sprinkle on chopped onion, parsley, chives and dill. Blend mayonnaise and cream or yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Stir gently into potatoes. Let stand 2 to 3 hours.
