GOURMET POTATOES 
1 large carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter, melted
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 large bag frozen hash browns
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix sour cream, chicken soup, butter and onion together, then add hash browns and cheese. If you use O'Brien hash browns, omit the chopped green onion. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hours.

Serves 8.
