GOURMET POTATOES 
2 lb. Oreida hash browns, frozen, thaw
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. half & half
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
