GRANOLA CEREAL 
4 c. oatmeal
3 c. wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. nuts
1 c. oil
1 c. honey, brown sugar or maple syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Coconut, raisins, dates, etc.

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, honey and water. Mix well. Add any amount of coconuts, dates or raisins you want. Put in two 9 x 13 inch cake pans and bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. To make larger crumbs add more water. Very good as a breakfast cereal or snack food.
