GRANOLA CEREAL | |
5 c. oats 1 c. coconut 1 c. sesame seeds 1 c. sunflower seeds 1 c. chopped almonds 1 c. powdered milk 1 c. soy flour 1 c. wheat germ or bran or both Mix above ingredients together. In separate bowl mix: 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. honey 1 c. water Combine with dry ingredients. Spread on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until slightly browned. Crumble and store in air tight container. May add raisins, dates, etc. if desired. To make Granola Bars, slice as soon as you take from oven before they cool and harden. |
