7 c. rolled oats 7 c. rolled wheat 2 c. unsweetened coconut 2 c. untoasted wheat germ 1 c. soya granules - 1 c. oat flakes (use one or both) 1 c. sunflower seeds (shelled) 1 c. sesame seeds - 1 c. flaxseed (use one or both) 2 c. slivered almonds Heat together: 1 c. oil 2 c. raw sugar 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. molasses 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Pour this over the dry mix. Mix well. Put in shallow pan and toast in oven for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Ingredients at health food store. |
